Vacation apartment “Sauvignon”
This is the kind of holiday on a farmstead in South Tyrol you’ve always dreamed of! Our “Sauvignon” vacation apartment boasts 48 square meters of floor space, and is thus especially spacious. It is equipped with all of the modern furnishings you’d expect – and also features a balcony. There’s also the English garden at our guests’ disposal, as well as the sandbox, swing set, ping-pong table and soccer table, wooden garden furniture, and comfortable lounge chairs where the whole family can lie and relax. You can sit down to a hearty breakfast, prepared with farm-fresh ingredients, largely from our own farmstead (depending on seasonal availability) for only €35 (for 2 persons). And guests who wish to prepare their own breakfasts are welcome to make use of our convenient bun service.
Bedroom with double-bed and bedroom with single bed, balcony, bed linen and towels, living room with davenport (convertible couch), satellite TV, WLAN, room safe, bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, and hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove top and an oven, refrigerator with a freezing compartment, sodastream carbonated water machine, coffee-maker, electric kettle.
Lodgings, bed linen, hand towels, dish towels, heating, water, gas and electricity, final cleaning, and all fees and taxes with the exception of the local resort tax.
The mobil & activ Card is also included.
You have no right to cancel as defined in the Italian Consumer’s Rights Code. Nevertheless, we will allow you to cancel under the following conditions as set forth in Article 1382 of the Civil Law Code: If we succeed in otherwise renting out the apartment, no cancellation fees will be charged. Otherwise, the following conditions shall apply: If you cancel 30 days, at the latest, prior to the agreed-upon day of arrival, you can cancel your reservation free of cancellation charges; only the advance payment will be retained. When cancelling after this deadline, the guest shall pay the following cancellation charges: Cancellation up to 7 days prior to scheduled arrival: 50% of the agreed-upon total price. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival: 70% of the agreed-upon total price. In the event of a “no-show” or if the guest departs prematurely, the guest will be required to pay the sum total for the entire previously agreed-upon stay. Please notify us as soon as possible should you be unable to begin your reserved holiday as scheduled!
Please NOTE: Your booking will be considered binding only after you have paid the confirmation advance and thereupon received the confirmation of reservation. The confirmation advance amounts to €100 per week; we will provide you with the necessary banking data to enable payment. As soon as the confirmation advance has been transferred to our bank account, we will send you a confirmation of reservation. The confirmation advance is not refunded in the event you cancel. Additionally, the following cancellation conditions apply:
You can make payment in cash; bank transfers are likewise permitted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by credit card or ATM card. Please settle your account on the evening prior to the day of your departure.
The local resort tax is based on the municipal ordinance applicable at the time of your stay. It currently amounts to €0.85 per night and per person 14 years of age and older.
We recommend that you obtain the “Red Rooster” cancellation insurance at the same time you book your stay. This insurance covers the cancellation charges, thus allowing you peace of mind and protecting you against unwanted fees.
