Vacation apartment “Vernatsch”
Vacationing “down on the farm” in South Tyrol with private pool, sunbathing lawn and garden with barbecue facilities. Our “Vernatsch” vacation apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of fortresses and castles. It offers 60 square meters of floor space and is thus suitable for up to 5 occupants. You’ll find everything you need right in the apartment. Two balconies with a northern and an eastern exposure offer plenty of space and a marvelous view of the surrounding hiking areas, the Bozen Valley basin, and will whet your appetite for an expedition through the unique mountainbiking area. The apartment is complete with lounge chairs and terrace furniture. We offer a bread service in cooperation with our village bakery. And here’s a great idea: How about enjoying a sunrise breakfast on the balcony with a view of the magnificent Schlern / Sciliar – sure to be an absolute highlight of your stay here!

Bedroom with double-bed and additional bedroom with two single beds, two balconies, bed linen and towels, living room with davenport (convertible couch), satellite TV, WLAN, room safe, bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, and hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove top and an oven, refrigerator with a freezing compartment, dishwasher, sodastream carbonated water machine, coffee-maker, electric kettle.
Our apartments also all feature an integrated underfloor cooling system to ensure pleasant ambient temperatures during the hotter time of year.

All prices are per apartment and per night, with a minimum stay of four nights. In the case of stays of less than four nights, a surcharge of €50 will be payable.
In the high season, the apartment is only rented at the full occupancy rate (four people).
Lodgings, bed linen, hand towels, dish towels, heating in the wintertime, underfloor cooling system in the summer, water, gas and electricity, access to the pool, final cleaning, and all fees and taxes with the exception of the local resort tax. The MobilCard is included in the price.
Please NOTE: Your booking will be considered binding only after you have paid the confirmation advance and thereupon received the confirmation of reservation. The confirmation advance amounts to €100 per week; we will provide you with the necessary banking data to enable payment. As soon as the confirmation advance has been transferred to our bank account, we will send you a confirmation of reservation. The confirmation advance is not refunded in the event you cancel. Additionally, the following cancellation conditions apply:
The local resort tax is based on the municipal ordinance applicable at the time of your stay. It currently amounts to €2 per night and per person 14 years of age and older.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB: Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date at the latest, the reservation can be canceled without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. If the reservation is canceled after this period, the guest is obliged to pay the full booking fee. If the guest does not show up (“no show”) or if the guest departs early, the full fee for the entire booking period is due. Please inform us if you are unable to start your vacation!
You can make payment in cash or ATM card; bank transfers are likewise permitted. Please settle your account on the evening prior to the day of your departure.
We recommend that you obtain the “Red Rooster” cancellation insurance at the same time you book your stay. This insurance covers the cancellation charges, thus allowing you peace of mind and protecting you against unwanted fees.
